Breaking 300km/h in Germany
For the very first time in Train Sim World, virtual drivers will be able to push a German high-speed train all the way to 300 km/h across the Bavarian countryside.
Record-Breaking Speed in Bavaria
Developed by TSG in collaboration with Pilot21 and Dovetail Games, this 90-kilometer line follows the A9 motorway corridor, carving through scenic hills, deep valleys, and sweeping high-radius curves engineered specifically for 300 km/h operation.

At the heart of the package is the iconic DB BR 403 ICE 3M, giving players the chance to stretch its legs at its true top operational speed of 300 km/h on non-stop express runs between Nürnberg Hbf and Ingolstadt Hbf.
For those who prefer regional services with frequent stops, the route also features the classic DB BR 101 hauling the München-Nürnberg-Express, running at up to 200 km/h with detailed regional coaches and full control cab functionality.
DB BR 403 ICE 3M
Multiple-unit high-speed train equipped with distributed traction under the floorboards, capable of intense acceleration and LZB cab signaling guidance up to 300 km/h.
DB BR 101 & MNE Coaches
Workhorse electric locomotive hauling pressure-sealed intercity coaches painted in red regional livery, serving intermediate stations like Allersberg and Kinding.
TopTrains Editor Review
"After spending several hours driving this route, I can confidently say it is one of the best routes featured in Train Sim World. While there are minor day-one glitches - such as a missing bogie on a wagon during the Unusual Freight scenario, which will undoubtedly be fixed in upcoming patches - the overall experience is immensely enjoyable."
"Runs fly by not because the 90 km line is short, but because of the exhilarating velocity. It is genuinely breathtaking when you hold in a loop aboard a regional train and an ICE 3M thunders past at 300 km/h. The journey alongside the A9 autobahn, leaving traffic behind as you cut through deep tunnels, steep gradients, and scenic Bavarian countryside between two major cities, is unforgettable."
"The safety systems are another standout strength: with authentic LZB signaling, you can fully experience automatic speed supervision, continuous braking curves, and dynamic speed restrictions. I rarely award a full 5-star rating, but in my honest opinion, this route has genuinely earned it."
